OUR SERVICES

Three service arrangements. One standard of care.

Each service is designed around a specific contracting need. Scope and fee are agreed before work begins in every case.

HOW WE WORK

A consistent methodology across all three services

Whether the engagement involves drafting a single agreement, reviewing a counterparty's draft, or building a framework and playbook for an organisation, the intake process is the same: written instructions, a follow-up call to address gaps, and a scope note that both parties can refer to.

Delivery timelines are set at the start and adjusted to the client's internal review cycle rather than imposed. A client who needs three weeks to review a draft internally is accommodated without penalty.

Every document leaves the firm with accompanying notes. This is not a courtesy — it is part of the service. A practitioner who cannot explain what a clause does in plain language has not fully understood it themselves.

1

Written intake

Client submits a brief description of the arrangement and the parties involved. A follow-up call addresses any gaps.

2

Scope and fee agreement

A written scope note confirms what will be delivered, by when, and at what cost. Engagement begins once agreed.

3

Drafting or review

Work is performed by the named practitioner, with document management and version tracking throughout.

4

Delivery with notes

The document is returned with plain-language notes and, where applicable, a negotiation note or issue summary.

SERVICE 01

Contract Drafting (Single Instrument)

Fixed fee: RM 1,850

A focused drafting engagement for a single agreement — services contracts, NDAs, supply agreements, distribution arrangements, licence agreements, or settlement documents. The practitioner takes instructions through a written intake and a short follow-up call, drafts to suit the client's commercial position, and provides one round of revision after the client's internal review.

Delivery is completed within two to three weeks, adjusted to the client's review cadence. Each draft comes with a short negotiation note identifying the three or four provisions most likely to attract counterparty comment.

  • First draft delivered within two to three weeks
  • One revision round included in the fixed fee
